Aero Engine Maintenance Kit
Aero Engine Maintenance Kit is a high-precision and high-reliability special tool system designed and supplied by Tianjin Shengkai Linghang International Trade Co., Ltd. (Tianjin Shengkai Linghang International Trade Co., Ltd.). The toolkit strictly follows the relevant airworthiness maintenance standards of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States (FAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). It is specially developed for key maintenance operations such as daily inspection of CFM56, LEAP, PW1000G, IAE V2500 and other mainstream civil turbofan engines, borescope (borescope) preparation, bolt torque calibration, packing replacement, fuel nozzle disassembly and compressor blade cleaning.
tool kit is made of high-strength aviation-grade aluminum alloy shockproof box body, lined with high-density EVA laser cutting module, to achieve precise positioning of the tool and impact protection. The complete set of configuration includes: precision torque wrench (1-150 N · m, 2% accuracy, with calibration certificate), titanium alloy non-magnetic hexagon socket set (antistatic coating), high temperature resistant carbon fiber scraper, special fixture for installation of imported fluorine rubber seal, special tie bar and guide sleeve made of nickel-based alloy, special LED cold light source inspection lamp for engine (color temperature 5500K,IP67 protection), and portable tool management RFID tag system meeting ARP4754A and DO-160G electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
All tools are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D Aerospace Quality Management System with traceable serial numbers, factory calibration reports and bilingual technical manuals in English and Chinese. Tianjin Shengkai Linghang, as one of the few aviation tool integrators with FAA-PMA(Parts Manufacturer Approval) support capability in China, has long served China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, MRO bases under Air China and China Aviation Development Company (AECC CIETC) and other units. Its products have been exported to CAAC/EASA/FAA joint certification maintenance stations in more than 10 countries in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
This toolkit not only significantly improves the maintenance efficiency of a single route (reducing working hours by 35% on average), but also reduces the risk of human error through standardized configuration, helping maintenance units to meet the continuous airworthiness management requirements of the CCAR-145 department. It is an indispensable professional support equipment for airlines, third-party MRO organizations and aviation training centers.
