In the context of accelerating the global carbon neutrality target, Chinese foreign trade enterprises are actively practicing the green and low-carbon transformation. (Tianjin Shengkai Linghang International Trade Co., Ltd.) officially released the green trade action plan in the third quarter of 2024, announcing the comprehensive launch of sustainable development strategy upgrading, and becoming one of the first batch of private enterprises in North China to systematically build ESG oriented foreign trade service system.

It is reported that the outline covers three core sectors: green supply chain management, low-carbon logistics collaboration and sustainable certification empowerment. The company has reached strategic cooperation with international authoritative organizations such as SGS and TÜV Rheinland to provide export enterprises with one-stop counseling and compliance support of ISO 14001 environmental management system, GRS global recycling standard and SEDEX SMETA four-module audit. At the same time, Tianjin Port Group launched the "Green Manifest" digital platform to measure and visually track the carbon footprint of the goods transported in real time, at present, it has covered more than 230 small and medium-sized manufacturing and export customers, reducing the carbon emission assessment time for single-ticket declaration by 65% on average.

, at the level of business practice, Shengkai Pilot took the lead in embedding green procurement clauses into self-agency agreements, requiring cooperative factories to provide verifiable energy structure reports and waste regeneration rate data. The export volume of photovoltaic brackets, bio-based packaging materials, recycled aluminum hardware and other products exported by its agent increased by 172 in the first three quarters of 2024 compared with the same period last year, mainly flowing to the European Union, Canada and Southeast Asian countries implementing the New Green Policy. The company has also set up an annual 'Green Transition Fund' to provide special support to upstream and downstream suppliers to carry out clean production technological transformation. In the first phase, it has supported 7 local small and medium-sized enterprises in Tianjin to complete the construction of LED lighting replacement and rainwater recovery systems.
